Portrait of Wally.

This particular portrait is inspired by several of the sculptures located in the Stadio dei Marmi in Rome. Originally designed by Enrico Del Debbio, construction of Stadio dei Marmiwas completed in 1928. It has Carrara marble steps lined by 59 (60 in the original project) marble statues in classical style portraying athletes that perform various sporting disciplines. Each statue was offered by the provinces of Italy.
